I agree on certain parts of your post as my opinion is also against dividens at this stage. We need the money to establish our own business, to buy patents .....whatever.

IMO, a significant rise will be possible after a positive MH decision and at the end through out a validation of the MMP done by court. Second possiblity is to settle with J3/ARM.

Maybe it could have been done more over the last year to build up the basis for such new things. However, I also appreciate the work done by Mr. Pohl to fix the Fish-problem and re-preparing our balance sheet.
