Long ago posts were made regarding cases and other info stating once licenses were paid they could not be recovered by the licensee, even if the patents were found to be invalid at a later date. Unless you can cite contradictory info I believe that's how it is in our case. We will never have to pay back anything, regardless of any court outcome.
