That's exactly where I was headed and the only way the stats, taken at face value, could possibly apply. But we did get clarification re: ED of Texas/Davis and Ward and their track record (thank you OTCTrader) - which even blows those stats out of the water (as I read it, 1 out of 200, or .5%).
