Thanks. It appears that the wording of the claim and the meaning of the conversations taking place between examiner and applicant are being called into question. Pages 86-90. Cook seems to be adamant that ARM is quoting the claim out of specification and refers to something he is showing the judge. It is just my opinion, but it seems to me that Cook really worked hard on this one, with minimal questions (only at the beginning) from Ward. So, IMO, either Ward believed 100% what Cook was saying, or he had his mind made up before Cook addressed this subject, or maybe he was just hungry and wanted lunch! LOL Oh well, read the transcript way too many times, gonna throw it away now. What is done is done, I have made my bet, let the chips fall where they may!
