Markman Hearing was on May 3rd. If the Judge is in trial now, the ruling may come out on Friday June 2, or Monday June 4th, that is within 30 days of the Hearing.

That is my guess, otherwise the parties would be deprived of precious time between the Markman Ruling and the trial to further explore "settlement"...
