However, in a Huge case like this, presenting your case on a grease board, IMO shows a lack of professionalism and polish. PTSC / TPL would enhance their presentation by conveying their points in a more professional manner i.e. via Powerpoint. It undoubtedly would "look" better, and in all liklihood be easier to understand. It also allows Cook to reinforce oral arguments by explaining each bullet in an orderly fashion and for effect, as opposed to the time delay to write it out long hand on a grease board and then explaining it to the court, assuming everyone could understand his handwriting.
