Intersting hint - thanks. Doesn't the use of the MMP as prior art for other patents show the validity of the MMP? Or would you say, that as long as there was no other prior art found, the MMP is the "prior art standard", and if there would be an older patent found as prior art to the MMP, then this patent would go in place as the "prior art standard"? Hope, this is somehow understandable...
