Ok so we all have these wild @$$ theories about PTSC manipulaiton.

Well a new CEO will be granted stock options and perhaps for someone worthwhile to take teh reins he basically wants a guaranteed bonus.

So we drop the price to the low .40s announce the new CEO who gets his options priced at .43 cents so they are low and at the market and the new CEO avoids income tax for in the money options and then the stock springs back on news.

Works for me.
