that's what we have to avoid as we don't need another RB.........

However, similar happens to many boards worldwide as the shareprice is a shame and it looks like nobody really cares resp. knows what's going on.

It's up to us to respond to people who act agrassive or try to bash. Sure, just to site there and watch how those one take over the control could not be our basic interest.
