Possible - maybe.  Probable - no. 

"Just" my opinion.

As Ron pointed out, if TPL were accumulating and it was somehow contributing to the sinking SP, Patriot would likely know about it and as a result, Patriot would be in serious trouble with the SEC for violating their fiduciary responsiblities to it's shareholders.  "This I know."
