My take was ARM was dragged into the case... becuase of indemnity clause.... The odds of settelment get lower and lower as we move ahead this is agreed... A part me wants this to go to trial this mean if a win occured this would be the greatest stock value for PTSC holder... A settlement would keep PTSC under the rader and addtional court work would keep us farther away from quick settelments.... but we would have less risk in the next year or two.....
