Whats your take on the Forgent / Echostar ruling ie: earlier post referencing "abandond" prior three times looks like, interestingly enough FORG had favorable Markmen ruling but ultimately lost the case even with settlments along the way. Also not sure if you have read our, plantiffs, briefs in their entirety or not and if so any opinion as to their strength vs defendants?
