this maybe a dumb question but ...

why would they need an investment banker if there isnt a product to invest in? i mean if you were interested in patent infringement ONLY like POHL alluded to at the SHM you would want a patent lawyer ... if you were going to merge you would stay there yourself (that seems definitely out) ... AND if you want to develop a product you would get an investment banker right? what product?? POHL didnt seem interested in developing IGNITE ... although there were promises a while back. what in the world do they have cooking that has them so relaxed?!?!?
