We are allways just talking of the black or with szenario. Indeed, it is right in case of the MH ruling.

What's your opinion of the share price action if the J3/ARM don't go to trial and finally settle with PTSC/TPL?

Many will be disapointed, too. They expect to have once a clear decison of the validity of our MMP. IMO, it would be a solution I can stay with as the dark TX-could will be gone. Sure, other companies afterwards might be keen on going to trial, too. However, chances to be succesful arn't big after a settlements with the J3/ARM and 19 ohter companies.
