In the end sure it probably matters very little. But, IF any of the defendants were accumulating, I would like to know that info. And we can't know, but we might be able to infer or guess from what we know.

With all the settlements to date, why in the heck are we still in the Texas court? What is the most likey answer(s)?? The J2.1 smarter than all the others who settled? Anyone? Opty
