does anyone know what stipulations are involved in any one persons WARRANTS?

 for example - can you:

a. make a warrant with any stipulation you wish ... like make a warrant that freezes a price but is not linked to a specific share amount?

b. make a warrant that can only be converted by the issuing company?

c. make a warrant that issues UNITS instead of SHARES ... say X UNITS = 1 SHARE (or 1 UNIT = X SHARES)

d. if you own warrants do you collect DIVIs? or do you have to convert first?

e. have more than one stipulation ... or present numbers in % ie- buy at X% below FMV?

How do you find out exactly what is stated in any PTSC (or any company for that matter) warrant? Im thinking that they are private docs but... it never hurts to ask and i have never seen one.
