I've mentioned them a few times here, in the past. I knew they had sued intel but did not know intel had countered. They have been cutting staff and going to licencing,instead of production. Very similar position as ptsc. Last I knew no debt, 25 mil cash.

NNPP last I heard had some financing by Swartz. Saved the post below.
