Let me try this again....                                          How do twelve(?) jurors properly decide this case?  Many here have been following this case for years and cannot figure out if infringement exists or not. What information and expertise will be provided to the jury that can really be understood by them?  I'm speaking about documents by Despain, the actual understanding of the patents and all rebutals etc....
