Sorry for the blank.

If the judge ruled against us, I don't think the counsel for the companies who bought lincenses would be in hot water because:

1.) They would be in good company - 20 other legal teams called it the same way.

2.) Unfortunately, there seems to be some subjectiveness and ambiguity to this whole thing.
