TD - I am not Ron and I am not a patent lawyer - but the answer to the question that you keep repeating seems obvious. If some or all of the patents are found to be invalid- heck yeah the counsel for all of those parties that have signed for licensing would be seen to be "ineffective". Am I missing something?
