SGE and all on this topic - sorry but not the case.  Remember the J5 - way back when?  Each and every defendant in the J5 (and thats a lot) more than just 5, utilized outside professional counsel as likely did all other infringer's - but we'll leave that for another day.  We know for a fact that the above used outside counsel and yet they decided they would rather make legal products.
