That's a tough one because no quarter ends on December 31, so let me preface this with the fact that this is an estimate - especially on the earnings side.

My estimate hs revs at about $22 million from May 1 - December 31 with earnings of about $6 or 7 million.

For January 1 - April 20 of 2007 my estimate of revs is about $ 19 million, with Nokia coming after April 20 (unless they held the Nokia signing announcement for more than 2 weeks, which I doubt).

I would estimate earnings from January 1 - April 20 to be about $13.6 million, again with the caveat that I am estimating the monthly expenses for March and April.
