at the begining of Dr. Despains breif, then simply, at the end he signs off with a declaration of service, under penalty of perjury no less! No such listed in "Gaffords Statement". At the end they simply say "submitted on behalf of all defendants" and list Esquires (lawyers) No penalty of perjury no certificate of service, no credentials! Judge Ward should throw this breif out and these attorneys should be dis-barred. Furthermore Ward should "award" treble damages and impose immediate sanctions against each of the remaining defendants until such settlements are paid.

I am not an attorney but this seems like a frivolous waste of the courts, tax payers, us, our time!
