Key Issues/Terms that arose: (Note, I will not go into BL signals, read some books and figure it out. I should also mention that it is not an exact science just another tool.)

1. Processing frequency and safest fastest speed argument: Clear winner TPL. Full BL acknowledgement as well oral comments by the J to back the BL up.

2. Varying Together: Toss up who won this but I am leaning towards the defence. The J actually said, "I'm trying to help you here can you (not sure exact words thereafter) better define what you mean". RC, "no your honor". J, "thats unfortuate". The only reason I am not giving the defense a clear win on this issue is the BL was totally in RC's favor. Perhaps the J will rely on the written explantion. Can someone explain to me what the key on the "varying together" is about?

3. Ring Oscil. on chip and why + distinctions: TPL clear winner on this issue nonetheless the defense did an admirable job trying to sway the J. Did not work, BL was clear.

4. Total area used on chip: RC took a lot of time to explain there are 6 sides of a chip etc......and only one is used but did not articulate well why. I did not understand where he was going with this. The defense did not broach this subject as far as I can recall. (Ron or Tyler if you remember more please add). I am not sure why this was brought up but if it is crucial this was a losing issue for TPL. I didn't need BL to determine the outcome. But, again let me temper that with, the defense did not discuss this issue so I don't know if there is a winner or looser.

5. The word "Entire" as related to a system: J listened to both sides hard on this issue. He seemed to have made up his mind half way through the defenses description of what they thought the word entire should mean (even quoted the dictionaries explanation for the word in the very beginning, J's BL clearly indicated, I know what the ......... word means). Winner TPL.

Other asides:

Ron/Tyler did you watch the other Judge that was sitting alone in the Jury box? Real tough man to read. I got very little from him; I was hoping for more.

At break time the defense was in a back slapping mode like they had won. TPL group went to work

The defenses examples using the Wright Brothers and others.......(pertaining to varying together) was childish and I was surprised it was explained in such a manner. While the J had fun with it through banter with the defense his BL was saying another thing; o.k. this is fun but.........

I sensed the J was well versed on what has been transpiring with this case and I would not be surprised to see his decision early in relation to the time it usual takes to render.

As specified above, I did not understand what the importance of some of the above issues were but was trying to concentrate on signs. So any help to explain the pertinent issue is appreciated.

I don't have much more to add, other than, I am still in my tree and they won't shake me out of it. Please excuse any typos. All of the above is IMHO.
