So if i understand you correctly, PTSC could lose the Markman because the 336 / 584 does not come into play with the remaining Co's /J2.5 /not in their house , BUT still bag many Co's in the future that are infringing.......

Rest assured nususance fees are not paid in the millions if Co's believe with out a shadow of a doubt that they will not be called /pinned to the mat......
