They can not attack the validity of the patents in court. Their only prior art (Magnus) was reference by us when we applied for our original patent. Since it was approved by the patent office PTO then it has little value to them in court. However, their claim for re-examination was approved by the PTO.
Hopefully, we will have the same results as the first time.
They seem to be attacking the scope of infringement and not so much as to validity. It is a game of dotting your "i's" and crossing your" T's" Hoping someone will mess up. Billions of dollars are at stake.
