Larry... Yah, I just hope Rash's is OK & healthy... squirled away writing his book..

What are your thoughts re the new CEO? I just have a feeling he/she will be named either this week or next... before the Markman ruling. Depending on who it is, they have an oportunity to really open some eyes with this hire.. potentially coupled with the 'warrants are all done' PR..
