Are you not the least bit skeptical of this apatentlawyer's agenda?  When does healthy skepticism about one's investment become "paranoia"?  I too have been around the block once or twice and have seen this "nice guy, here to help the masses" approach before only to see it morph into subtle and then outright bashing. I am willing to give the benefit of doubt until proven otherwise, but, c'mon!  Nobody would wade into this morass without an agenda!
