Keep in mind that the processors identified by TPL are for the defendants currently in Texas. Nokia is not named in the suit, so it is possible that Nokia uses ARM chips that the defendants in Texas don't, therefore infringement may not be limited to only the ARM926EJ-S & ARM1026EJ-S. Haven't had the time to really research it, and probably won't since they signed a license and we will see the #'s around July 15th.
