IMOH.... he has earned some crediablity and appears to be what he claims (but I reserve the right to flip flop). I welcome his post... and as all posters do they see the facts/events and put thier on spin on them..... For example Ron gave a nice overview of the Markman... others thier claimed the TPL lawery (Cook) did not come of well.... Ron did not mention it.... two different views...... I read both... Ron has experience in the law Field and has built crediablity so my assumption was yeah Cook did not perform well but the net effect on the case is little....
