Man, I love Louisiana and New Orleans and the people there.
The cooking is fantastic.
Too, bad it's so, friggin',  hot down there. I could sure get used to the pace of life there.

I am fortunate enough to have a gulf coast seafood truck make it up here a couple of times a year. Big, fresh shrimp and sweet oysters.
Now I just need a source for that Andouille Sausage.

My neighbors love me...the neighbors' cats follow me everywhere.
The Crawfish Etouffee didn't go over well, though. (with the people. The cats sure liked it...though.)
