In regards to (336) patent,

Mr. Despain expresses Plaintiffs patents accurately explain the ring oscillator function on the chip.

Whereas he alleges the defendants' claims are vague referrences.
Will the judge consider this depo ?

Has there been a deposition submitted on the defendants' behalf ?
