Thanks for your reply ttccrr, then the solution to our dilemma seems so simple to solve. The co. should set up a plan with S/L to buy back shares directly that way the sp would appreciate and everyone would be happy, the co. the shareholders, and the grinch brothers. This selling into the news and beating up the sp is driving us all crazy.
