did anyone tell you when the judge leaves on his first trip ... how long is he gone for (short trip may mean nothing while a longer trip ...)?
the reason why i am asking is because maybe he will rule on this before he takes on other issues (personal or otherwise - this being such a complex case and all) ... the day before may be the last day to get this stock cheap (just a thought).
quick ruling would have to be in our favor ... right?
