Regardless of Markman outcome, I doubt if we know who "won".  Wouldn't you suppose there will be a settlement before trial?  Too much risk for defendants.  The size of the settlement is the measuring stick for victory but we may not know the size.  Mix this settlement with a few others during the quarter and all we know is how many more millions we have to reconstruct PTSC.  Maybe slower than some of you, but it just hit me today that we probably get a settlement now and all the Markman did is help decide the size of settlement.
