At best, any predictions of what may happen in the very near term is a WAG. 

Who knows, the information before the Judge may be so compelling that he can make a determination in very short order. 

Certainly he has been carefully reviewing all information presented in anticipation of the Markman - which I'm led to believe is merely a forum for some attorney arguments on both sides, and the Judge asking questions for clarification of any "loose ends" he may have in his mind based on the information already provided.

So IMO, it is a matter of obtaining clarity.  Once obtained, decisions can be rendered.  How long will it take?  How clear are the arguments?
