IMO, the key things I'll look for from the results of the Markman:

1) the 336 remains in play
2) the attempted putpat roadblock has no teeth and will be ignored (i.e. not be a reason to stay anything, nor a condition in the ruling)

IMO, the odds are truly against us walking away with anything today. I don't remember if the opposing side will be presenting today also, or just us (anyone?).  Regardless, a ruling today on a case of this magnitude would be hasty and irresponsible.

As with the Higgins episode, I suspect a ruling will come within 30-45 days...where'd I get thet number?...pulled that one from where you can guess..
