While it is nice to speculate, I would much rather see a summary of the terminology for which there is no agreement between the plaintiffs and the defendants.  I presume that would require some lawyerly knowledge to put such a summary into laymens terms.  Anyone up to it? If so, I think it would be most helpful in understanding what it is that Judge Ward is going to rule on post Markman.TIA  Opty
