TPL should be very influential regarding PTSC's acquisition/JV/merger strategy. Having a partner with more manpower may speed the licensing process and will also make it more thorough, therefore resulting in more money.

About the rates for the specific tiers, I fail to see how PTSC management can expect the market to value the pps fairly unless they provide some information on valuation. Either they should provide numbers on royalty rates or they should provide numbers on growth ie guidance.
