Fully concur. Best to graduate to AMEX than to wait and hope for the Nasdaq or N-Small Cap. At least then you have some hope of participation of and sponsorship from big institutional players (Dutton does not qualify, LOL). This was a strategic mistake another BB co. I invested in (OYSM) made.
