Once again our greatest appreciation to those who have posted their feelings and opinions about the ASM.

The good news- it appears to be much more positive that I would have anticipated.

The bad news- share price! Hopefully we will have this resolved shortly with the court date around the corner.

Which leads me to my point. Core to this subject, issue, discussion, future share price is not only the out come of our current court mandate, but also what legislation and congress does or doesn't do with IP rights? It was one of the reason that attracted me to this investment. Perhaps naively, my opnion is that we as a county need to protect these rights (patent & IP) to the fullest extent. Especially with China in the equation now days.

I do realize this is a very complicated issue and many lawyers will have great and long professions centered mostly just on this subject. No disrepect to our supporting legal expertise intend. (as a matter of fact the reason several talented lawyers were on this side of the equation is one of the reasons, I joined in.
