I did ask Dan if one of the co's that were not a billion dollar co's wanted to settle but did nove the monies , and he said that they would be able to pay over time if need be......

I get the feeling that DP plans/IMO to make the deal with the co with the 200 patents a reality.......If not why bring it up............

I want to thanks all the shareholders that i talked to today........I know that May 3 rd and beyond is important and today was a big day for me............I even felt good about our pals at S-L.......No pump here, just good vibes................
Virt i too am a huge sports fan.........Sometimes your ememy becomes a teammate and it appears that TPL is a workhorse that breaks tackles and will not beak down...........
