At this point, both friends (that they need to keep their eye on - this more directed at TPL after the Sony thing).  But as I was babbling about last night, the strength of the friendship (esp. with S&L) will be more evident after the Markman, depending on what happens.

Imagine though, the possible upcoming scenario.  Favorable Markman, summary judgment, settlement for big bucks, S&L holds, PR machine, more settlements - Yowza!  Something we all think about but don't talk of all that much.  I'm sure this one mention won't nix it! Exciting stuff.
