I don't know (or probably will ever know) what Turley has done for PTSC but I'd venture a guess and say maybe he is the one who pointed PTSC to Holocom.

Since I know squat (I might have at one time but I forgot and not to interested in digging up info on him) about Turley I'm going to pass on the idea of having him as CEO.

May PTSC give us all a pot of gold.
