Certainly, you make good points.  I agree.

S & L has been the majority shareholder and, as such, calls a lot -- if not all -- the shots.  They could have made it more painful had they choosen to really dump shares.  My guess is they want an many warrants converted as possible by the time the Markman results are known. 

IMO, there is little "company" for Mr. Pohl to run today.  Some negotiations, but not exactly a normal 50 hour work week even for a good attorney.  They should have plans ready to deploy once they know which way the Markman wind will blow.  At that point, someone needs to run the boat and that someone is not Mr. Pohl.

With no outside access to the ASM, we'll just have to wait for reports from the attendees.
