I disagree completely.  No one knows what the Markman ruling will be, but frankly his retirement signals to me that he and the company are extremely optimistic about a favorable ruling, and because of that are already in the process of searching for a high-powered CEO who can then leverage the favorable Markman ruling into new successes for the company in the future.  I also like the fact that he is sticking around as Chairman of the Board.  

The company continues to head in the right direction and the share price will eventually reflect it. IMHO
