I voted against S & L. Not because I disaprove of Mr Johnson personally, I just believe that the Board only needs one S & L rep. And I think that vote has been reaffirmed. The $4.2 million that was paid in dividends would have been much better spent countering S & L's dilution rather than giving them $800K plus (my estmate - 40 million shares and warrants) with rights to pummel the stock and increase OS.
