My belief is this is what is occuring (plus some stock minipluation to help it along)..... The PTSC money train is really based on a court descion / markman / settlement..... with a loss in this area the trian will come to a scretching halt.....  the price action seems to be helping this fear along... people who have not hedge (sold some of thier postion)may be rethinking and using the price action to drive the thought of possible unfavorable court descion......I for one made a choice awhile ago to let this run its course....(a smart person may have hedge or sold @ higher levels).... I honestly bought this as a longshot and will let this play out..... my confidence level is lower thatn it was... but I made a descion that I will live with.. if it pays off it will make a real difference my life... otherwise life goes on as is.....
