read this post too (my reply to teremoto).  I understand the desire for more control, but S&L is a smart bunch, and if they suddenly bailed, we would suffer.

I figure the whole S&L issue will eventually work itself out. Eventually the PPS and daily volume will permit them to exit casually with a very tiddy profit with virtually no harm to us.  Hopefully within a year.  Then they would not need the current level of control (and may exit the BoD voluntarily). And how soon could there possibly be action to make changes to the BoD?  Next year?  Makes the issue rather moot - till next year.
