I have been somewhat concerned about Pohl's age and PTSC's future.  No offense to anyone!! Please.

I recall a very early question to Pohl (maybe from TWST or someone, I've looked back but can not find the transcript to his very first interview) about his thoughts on developing the company and his comment was "licensing was it",  at his age.  ???? Remember I can't find any proof.  At a later interview he came up with the umbrella plan.

Could somone at the meeting ask about his intent on seeing us through until 2015 when the patents expire.  He is loading up on options as if he won't be around that long.

The generous employee options is one of my greatest concerns at this point.  That, along with late filings which shouldn't be a problem for them.  Just tarnishes the overall picture.  I voted against at least one or more board members with my proxy.
